Introduction
Majlis Bersama Jabatan (MBJ) of the Railway Asset Corporation (RAC), (hereinafter referred to as the "Council") shall consist of sixteen (16) members including the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretaries consisting of seven (7) members appointed by the General Manager of RAC (hereinafter referred to as the "Officers' Party") and nine (9) members elected by the employees serving in RAC (hereinafter referred to as the "Employees' Party").
