Dato’ Seri Jana Santhiran Muniayan, who hails from Perak, is the Secretary General of the Ministry of Transport (MOT). Prior to this, he served as Secretary General of the Ministry of Youth and Sports from Jan 5, 2022 to Jan 16, 2023.
He has 27 years of service in the Malaysian Administrative and Diplomatic Service, beginning in 1995 as Assistant Director at the Ministry of Rural Development. He later joined the Ministry of Education as Assistant Secretary in the Development and Privatisation Division, rising to Senior Assistant Secretary in 2003, and also served as Project Manager for education projects funded by the Asian Development Bank and the World Bank.
He subsequently held senior roles at the Ministry of Housing and Local Government, including Senior Principal Assistant Secretary (Policy and Strategic Planning), Secretary of the Homebuyer Claims Tribunal (September 2007), and Director of the Abandoned Project Rehabilitation Division (2008).
In December 2014, he joined the Ministry of Transport as Division Secretary (Administration and Finance), later serving as Senior Deputy Director of the National Strategy Unit at the Ministry of Finance (May 2016–September 2018), and as Deputy Secretary (Management) at MOT until December 2020. He then served as Chief Secretariat of the Government Administration, Procurement and Finance Investigation Committee under the Prime Minister’s Department, a role he held until August 2021, followed by Deputy Secretary General (Environment) at the Ministry of Environment and Water, before assuming his current role.

Born in Terengganu on 12 January 1967, YBhg. Dato’ Haji Mohd Fauzi bin Mohd Yatim holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences from Universiti Sains Malaysia (1993) and a Master in Land Resource Management (LARM) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (2007). He also pursued studies in Public Management at the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) in 1995.
A senior Administrative and Diplomatic Officer, he has more than three decades of experience in public administration, land management, and local government leadership. His previous roles include Mayor of Shah Alam City Council, Mayor of Subang Jaya City Council, President of Ampang Jaya Municipal Council, President of Sepang Municipal Council, and District Officer of Hulu Selangor.
He has also served in senior positions within the Prime Minister’s Department and related ministries. Currently, he serves as Director General of the Department of Director General of Lands and Mines (Federal), focusing on strengthening national land administration, policy coordination, and service delivery.
In recognition of his public service, he has received several honours including the Excellent Service Award, the Setia Mahkota Selangor (S.M.S) in 2016, and the (D.S.I.S) in 2023, which carries the title Dato’.

Datin Rosni binti Mohd Yusoff was born in Alor Setar, Kedah on 4 July 1972. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia, obtained in 1996. She later pursued a Master in Management at Open University Malaysia in 2017 and completed the Advanced Leadership and Management Programme at the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN) in 2018.
An experienced Administrative and Diplomatic Officer, Datin Rosni currently serves as Secretary of the Strategic and General Sector, Government Investment Companies Division, Ministry of Finance. She has extensive expertise in public financial management, government procurement, asset management, and governance of statutory bodies.
Throughout her career, she has held several strategic positions within the Ministry of Finance, including Deputy Secretary of the Government Procurement Division, where she was involved in the development and implementation of digital procurement systems such as ePerolehan, eGPA, and MyGPIS. She has also served in senior roles at the Ministry of Higher Education and the Public Asset Management Division.
In addition to her public service responsibilities, Datin Rosni serves as a Board Member of several organisations, including the Port Klang Authority, Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ), Langkawi Development Authority (LADA), the Social Security Organisation (PERKESO), and the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) as an Alternate Member.
In recognition of her contributions to public service, she has received the Excellent Service Award from the Negeri Sembilan State Secretary’s Office (2003), the Ministry of Higher Education (2006), and the Ministry of Finance (2013). She was also conferred the Bintang Cemerlang Melaka in 2013 and the Ahli Mahkota Kedah (Honorary) in 2014.

Puan Nur Aida binti Hussin was born in Terengganu on 3 August 1979. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) (2026). She also holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Integrated Construction Project Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, a Diploma in Public Management from the National Institute of Public Administration (INTAN), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Universiti Tenaga Nasional.
An Administrative and Diplomatic Officer, she has extensive experience in infrastructure management, regional development, and economic planning. Since joining the public service in 2003, she has served in several ministries including the Ministry of Works, the Ministry of Health, the Economic Planning Unit, and the Public Service Department.
She currently serves at the Ministry of Economy, focusing on the planning and development of infrastructure and public facilities. In recognition of her dedication to public service, she received the Excellent Service Award (APC) in 2013 and 2017.

Tuan Ong Keng Siew is a Commerce graduate of Tunku Abdul Rahman College. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom, and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He also completed the Advanced Management Programme at Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, United States.
He began his professional career as an Accountant at Paramount Corporation Berhad in 1981. In 1984, he was promoted to Finance and Administration Manager, and in 1989, he was appointed General Manager with oversight of the Group’s property development and construction operations.
In 1997, Tuan Ong advanced to the role of Group Deputy Managing Director and Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He was subsequently appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer on June 18, 2012, culminating a distinguished 30-year career with the company. He joined the Board of Directors of Paramount on Nov 14, 1994, and currently serves as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director since Aug 3, 2022.
In addition to his role at Paramount, Tuan Ong also serves as Independent Non-Executive Director of United Malacca Berhad (since Jan 19, 2017) and Pekat Group Berhad (since May 7, 2019).

Ex Officio Member YBhg.Dato’ Azhar bin Ahmad was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Railway Assets Corporation (RAC) on Feb 16, 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Honours) degree from London.
He began his professional career in the legal sector with the Malaysia Industrial Development Finance Group and Guthrie Berhad. Hailing from Georgetown, Penang, Dato’ Azhar later broadened his career across several prominent organisations, including MMC Corporation Berhad and Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad.
In 2007, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Rapid Penang Sdn Bhd, and subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer of the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) in 2011.
With extensive experience spanning transportation, logistics, banking and property, he later led Pos Malaysia Berhad as Group Chief Operating Officer from January 2014 to January 2017.
Dato’ Azhar previously served as General Manager of RAC from Aug 8, 2018 to Aug 7, 2020, before being reappointed to lead the organisation on Feb 16, 2023.
In recognition of his contributions to public service and corporate leadership, he was conferred the Darjah Setia Pangkuan Negeri (DSPN), which carries the title Dato’, during the 2023 Investiture Ceremony of the State Honours and Awards of Penang on Oct 18, 2023.
RAC is governed by a Board of Directors (BOD) appointed by the Minister of Transport in accordance with Section 89(2) of the Railways Act 1991 (Act 463).
