Applications for the acquisition and disposal of railway infrastructure assets through tender or quotation will be processed within 180 days
Rental and Wayleave
Applications for the rental of railway land and wayleave arrangements will be processed within 60 days
Lease
Applications for lease of railway land will be processed within 90 days
Development
Applications for development on railway land will be processed within 180 days
